The Fellowship is a 12-month, cohort-based program with access to all course content from day one plus 26 weekly live coaching sessions.

Yes! Pay $2,997 in full or $290/month for 12 months.
The day you enroll. There are no cohorts or start dates to wait for — you get full access the moment you join, and your 12 months run from that day.
CE Hours & Accreditation
Yes. The Psych NP Fellowship is ANCC-accredited through the Colorado Nurses Association, an ANCC-accredited approver. All 75 contact hours are formally approved, which exceeds the ANCC minimum of 60 formally approved hours.
75 contact hours total, including 25 pharmacotherapeutic hours. This covers 100% of the ANCC continuing education requirements for your PMHNP-BC 5-year certification renewal — all in one program.
Yes. ANCC requires 75 total CE hours (with at least 25 in pharmacotherapeutics and at least 60 formally approved) plus completion of one Professional Development category per 5-year cycle. The Fellowship provides all 75 hours (25 pharmacotherapeutic, all 75 formally approved), which satisfies both the CE requirement and Professional Development Category 1. Your entire 5-year renewal is handled in one program.
Upon completion, you'll receive a certificate documenting your contact hours, pharmacotherapeutic hours, and accreditation information. You should log these hours in your ANCC online Professional Development Record at nursingworld.org immediately. Remember to enter pharmacotherapy hours as a separate line item — ANCC requires this.
Absolutely. The Fellowship's 75 ANCC-approved contact hours (including 25 pharmacotherapeutic hours) are specifically designed to meet PMHNP-BC certification renewal requirements. All hours are from an ANCC-accredited provider and qualify as formally approved continuing education.
All sessions are recorded and available in your portal. While we strongly encourage attending live for the interactive case consultation experience, you can always catch up on recordings at your own pace.

Yes! Some fellows join during their final semester to build confidence before they start practicing. The content is designed to complement your graduate education, not replace it.
After the Fellowship
You keep lifetime access to all recorded course content, modules, and playbooks. Your CE certificates are yours forever. And you stay connected through our alumni community.
Absolutely. All modules, recordings, playbooks, and resources remain available to you indefinitely. Many fellows go back and re-watch sessions as they encounter new clinical scenarios.
Yes! Graduates stay connected through our alumni network where you can continue asking questions, sharing wins, and supporting each other long after the cohort ends.
Alumni are welcome to sit in on future cohort live coaching sessions to keep learning and stay sharp. It's one of the best parts of our community.
PMHNP Mentorship & Clinical Confidence
Most PMHNP graduate programs provide an excellent academic foundation, but the gap between classroom learning and real-world clinical practice is significant. New grads often face complex medication decisions, diagnostic uncertainty, and the emotional weight of patient care without structured support. Mentorship provides the expert guidance, clinical frameworks, and confidence-building that turns a good education into confident practice.
Most CE courses are passive — you watch lectures and get a certificate. The Fellowship is active mentorship. You bring real clinical cases to live sessions with expert PMHNP faculty, build relationships with a cohort of peers, and develop clinical reasoning through practice. It’s the difference between reading about swimming and having a coach in the pool with you.
Imposter syndrome is one of the most common challenges facing new PMHNPs. The Fellowship addresses it directly through structured clinical frameworks (so you’re not guessing), real-time expert feedback on your cases (so you build evidence that your clinical judgment is sound), and a peer community (so you realize you’re not the only one who feels this way). Most fellows report a dramatic increase in confidence within the first 3 months.
The terms are sometimes used interchangeably, but they differ. NP residency programs are typically employer-sponsored, full-time clinical positions with a training component. The Psych NP Fellowship is an independent mentorship and training program that you can complete alongside your clinical work — no employer participation required. You get the mentorship benefits of a residency (expert guidance, case consultations, structured learning) with the flexibility to work in any setting.
Finding a qualified PMHNP mentor can be challenging — most experienced providers are busy with their own caseloads. The Psych NP Fellowship was created to solve this. You get 26 live sessions with 4 expert PMHNP faculty who are dedicated to mentoring, plus a cohort community for peer support. It’s structured mentorship rather than hoping to find an informal mentor on your own.
Psychopharmacology & Clinical Training
The Prescriber’s Playbook alone covers 68 video lectures across: SSRIs, SNRIs, mood stabilizers, atypical antipsychotics, stimulants, non-stimulants, adjunctive medications, substance use disorder medications, sleep medications, TCAs, MAOIs, nutraceuticals, drug interactions and CYP450 metabolism, ketamine, and hyperbolic tapers. It’s designed to be a go-to psychopharmacology reference you’ll use throughout your career.
Yes. PsychNP 101 includes dedicated modules on stimulant and benzodiazepine prescribing, including role-play simulations where you practice real clinical conversations about controlled substances. The Prescriber’s Playbook provides detailed pharmacology lectures on stimulant and non-stimulant medications. This is one of the areas where new PMHNPs feel the least confident, and we address it directly.
Yes. The Add-On Psychotherapy Playbook (4 CE hours) teaches you to integrate Supportive Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) into your medication management visits. You don’t need to become a full-time therapist — these are practical techniques for enhancing your 15–30 minute med management appointments.
