A new provider shadows for a week, gets a folder of PDFs, and learns the rest on the job. Nobody can say what they've actually covered until a patient visit shows it.
Everyone works through the same course. You see who watched what, for how long, and when they last signed in. Anything that doesn't fit how your practice works, you hide.

Questions practices ask
Is this the full Psych NP Fellowship with live coaching?
No. This is the self-paced course portal, built for teams: the courses, progress tracking and content controls. Live coaching and the member community are part of the individual Fellowship membership.
Can our providers earn CE?
Yes. Providers on paid seats can earn 25 ANCC contact hours by finishing the required lessons, passing the post-test with 80% or better, and completing the evaluation. On a yearly seat, the earliest anyone can claim the certificate is 30 days after they join. On a monthly seat, the certificate unlocks after 3 paid months. Trial seats don't earn CE.
What happens when the trial ends?
Access pauses on its own. Nothing is deleted, so if you continue, your team picks up right where they left off. The day before it ends, we'll email you a link to choose your seats.
Can we skip the trial and just buy?
Yes. Buy your seats here and pay by card or bank account. Your team portal turns on as soon as the payment clears, and we email you a sign-in link.
Do admins count as seats?
Yes. An admin is a seat like anyone else, $1,500 a year or $150 a month, and it includes the full course, not just the Team panel.
Can we pay monthly?
Yes. A seat can be $150 a month, as long as at least one seat in your practice is yearly, usually yours. A yearly seat is $1,500, which saves two months. You can remove a monthly seat any time from the Team page, and its billing stops at the next monthly payment.
Can we add providers later?
Yes. Add a yearly or monthly seat from the Team page whenever you hire. You pay today only for the time left: the rest of your plan year for a yearly seat, or the rest of the month for a monthly one.
What happens when a provider leaves?
Remove them from the Team page. Their progress is kept, so it's still there if they come back. Then give their seat to your next hire, or, if it was a monthly seat, remove the seat and its billing stops at the next monthly payment.
Who can see our team's progress?
Only your practice's admins. Your providers are ranked against each other, never against anyone outside your practice.
Why do you need a work email?
Only for the free trial. Each practice gets one trial, and we tell practices apart by their email domain, which a personal address like Gmail can't show. Buying seats works with any email.
